March 19, 2016 |

(Toronto – March 19, 2015) The Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) is pleased to announce that Optimum General Inc. has achieved CSIO Certification for its eDocs solution.

“Optimum aims to offer its brokers the best possible solutions for the ease of doing business, which is why we are excited to have earned CSIO Certification,” says J.-Sebastien Lagarde, Vice President Corporate Strategy and Business Development. “The use of eDocs improves efficiency in time and cost management, two key components that will help us and our broker partners provide excellent service to their customers.”

When eDocs are used to their full potential, sending, receiving, sorting, scanning and destroying paper is no longer necessary, saving the industry significant amounts of time and money.

“As an organization that prides itself on offering excellent service to its brokers and insureds, we applaud Optimum General for obtaining CSIO Certification for eDocs,” states Catherine Smola, President & CEO of CSIO. “With eDocs, not only will Optimum’s broker partners benefit from streamlined workflows and paperless savings, but the customer will also significantly benefit from the enhanced customer experience that eDocs provides.”
