Vehicle Information
- iPhone users will now see vehicle year, make, and model on separate lines in eSlips, regardless of character length.
Fleet & Garage eSlips
- MPOI users can now send Fleet and Garage eSlips directly from the online portal, previously limited to API only.
Garage Policy Type
Garage eSlips now require a "Policy Type" field. API users must update their schema to include one of the following:- Garage Automobile Policy Excluding Owned Auto
- Garage Automobile Policy Including Owned Auto
- All Vehicles Owned and Operated by the Named Insured
Terms of Use Update

Increased Attached Documents Size
- The solution has upgraded the maximum size of attachments to allow up to a total of 20MB per email, with no limitations on the number of files.
Enhanced Reporting
- Improved reporting capabilities to search metadata from API payload to export and identify specific elements.
Printable eSlip
- Extended the printable eSlip option to send the insured a PDF copy of their eSlip (proof of auto insurance card) which can be printed for Alberta, Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Yukon.

Branding Customization
- HTML templates allows users to provide a full brand customization of email allowing flexibility with design, formatting, fonts, images, tables and more.
- Email width has been optimized to fit the viewing window and device.
Printable eSlip
- Users have the option to send the insured a PDF copy of their eSlip (proof of auto insurance card) which can be printed. In order to comply with regulatory requirements, this feature is mandatory in Northwest Territories.
Optimized Email Deliverability
- My Proof of Insurance’s SendGrid account has been updated to a unique IP address for verification of authentication of domain which prevent emails from going to spam and junk.
- When an email is undelivered, users can now reference detailed error reason.
Security
- Improved security measures to strengthen users enumeration vulnerabilities.
- Added restriction of excessive authentication attempts to prevent multiple failed attempts within in a short time frame.
- Other security updates with respect to API payload encoding, backup testing and database passwords.
Additional Enhancements
- Users sending through the API can now generate the brokerage and insurers address and remarks information from their system profile.
- Users browsing on the UX can now save the filter preferences entered by the user within the session of each login. This functionality applies to all the sections with search capabilities in the reporting screens.

Sharing eSlips from Mobile Wallet
- The subject line of the email sent when sharing eSlips between insureds has been changed to “My Proof of Insurance”.
- The icon shown on iOS when sharing eSlips has been updated to display the My Proof of Insurance icon.
Enhanced Reporting
- A new reporting API is now available. This easy to use API allows users to pull data directly from the solution in either XML or JSON format.
- Users are now able to export reports directly from the platform in a spreadsheet friendly format (CSV) by clicking the “Export Data” button.
Sending Emails to Multiple Recipients
- Users are now able to send to an email to one or more recipients instead of having to create multiple versions of the same email. This functionality is available both in the web application and the API.
Branding Customization
- Users are now able to change the text alignment in the email templates. Changes will apply to the welcome messages and customized messages. Changes can be found in the template editing page.
- Users are now able to add footnote text on their email templates or by using the API.
Additional Enhancements
- The text size of an organization name appearing at the top of emails sent through My Proof of Insurance has been modified to match the size of the salutation in the body of the email. This only impacts organizations that do not have a logo.
- The email users received with their credentials to login to My Proof of Insurance has been optimized to enhance the onboarding experience.
