Logiciels Deltek Inc. Integrates My Proof of Insurance eDelivery
|
(Toronto – March 21, 2018) The Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) is pleased to announce that Logiciels Deltek Inc. is the first broker management system (BMS) provider to integrate CSIO’s My Proof of Insurance eDelivery solution. The solution enables members to send digital policy documents for personal and commercial lines, including proof of auto insurance (eSlips), to customers.
While all brokers may use the solution without the integration, it enables them to do so directly and seamlessly through their BMS.
“The API documentation that CSIO provided was clear and concise, which made integration of My Proof of Insurance eDelivery an easy and straightforward process,” states David Larkin, President of Logiciels Deltek Inc. “My broker customers can now send eSlips to insureds without having to leave the Deltek BMS, which makes their workflow as simple and convenient as possible.”
The API supports integration between My Proof of Insurance eDelivery and other software applications such as BMS platforms and carrier systems, including innovative solutions such as chatbots.
“I congratulate Deltek on becoming the first BMS provider to integrate CSIO’s My Proof of Insurance eDelivery solution, another example of their commitment to new technologies,” says Hans Gantzkow, Chief Architect, CSIO. “Deltek was also the first BMS to implement CSIOnet web services, and an early adopter of eDocs certification. I look forward to seeing other software providers integrate this solution into their systems, providing workflow benefits to as many brokers across Canada as possible.”
The My Proof of Insurance eDelivery solution was developed by CSIO, in collaboration with brokers and carriers including Gore Mutual, Northbridge Insurance and RSA Canada to meet evolving consumer demands for anytime, anywhere, any device interaction. Visit www.csio.com/edelivery to learn more.
