eSlips Now Available, Even If Regulations Aren’t

As reported in a recent Canadian Underwriter article, CSIO has launched its My Proof of Insurance eDelivery solution, enabling members to send digital PL and CL policy documents and electronic proof of auto insurance (eSlips) to consumers. Nova Scotia became the first province to issue regulatory approval for eSlips on January 10:

The Canadian Council of Insurance Regulators (CCIR) has recommended that EPAI be made available in Canada alongside the traditional paper proof of insurance.
