Echelon Insurance Obtains CSIO Certification for new Passport system eDocs

|

(Toronto – March 7, 2018) The Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) is pleased to announce that Echelon Insurance has obtained CSIO Certification for Personal Lines eDocs generated by their new policy management system, Passport.

“As a broker-exclusive insurer, Echelon is committed to investing in technology to support seamless interaction with our brokers,” says Serge Lavoie, President & CEO, Echelon Insurance. “CSIO’s recent certification of Echelon’s new policy system, Passport, marks a key step in our ongoing plan to improve our systems and broker connectivity.”

When eDocs are used to their full potential, sending, receiving, sorting, scanning and destroying paper is no longer necessary, saving the industry significant amounts of time and money.

“We congratulate Echelon Insurance on obtaining CSIO Certification for Personal Lines eDocs and demonstrating their continued commitment to helping their broker partners create and implement more efficient processes,” says Catherine Smola, President & CEO of CSIO.

CSIO Certification is available to member insurance companies and vendors. Visit csio.com/resources-tools/csio-certification to learn more about the CSIO Certification program.
