CSIO Unveils New, Enhanced Website in Response to Membership Survey

|

(Toronto – September 20, 2016) The Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) is excited to announce that the new, redesigned CSIO.com is now live! The new website features significant enhancements, all made based on member feedback from the CSIO Membership Survey conducted in 2015. These enhancements include:

  • Fast loading times
  • Intuitive navigation
  • Enhanced site search
  • Responsive design

CSIO held numerous touchpoints with members throughout the development process, obtaining feedback in areas including menu structure and labeling, content management and design aesthetic, ensuring that the new platform meets their needs. This input resulted in a number of important changes, including the new Resources & Tools section and the CSIO Blog, where members can find educational resources on topics related to technology and the customer experience.

“As a member-centric organization, we are very pleased to announce the new CSIO.com, a project that arose directly out of feedback from our 2015 Membership Survey,” states Catherine Smola, President & CEO of CSIO. “We’ve built an entirely new platform around the needs and expectations of our members, who rely on CSIO to serve insurance customers quickly and efficiently every day. With faster, easier access to CSIO resources, our members can now more easily improve consumers’ ease of doing business within the broker channel.”
