CSIO Launches eDocs Availability Chart

October 25, 2016 |

(Toronto – October 25, 2016) The Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) is pleased to announce the launch of a new tool, the eDocs Availability Chart. This new broker tool allows members to see which insurance companies have adopted eDocs for Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Farm.

The development of this chart is in response to its recent membership survey, in which members asked for more information on eDocs implementation among insurance companies. The eDocs Availability Chart provides a centralized source of information that CSIO members can use to ensure they are realizing the benefits of paperless workflow to the fullest extent possible.

“We have been actively listening to our members and using their feedback to build new CSIO tools and resources that will lead to more efficiencies in the broker channel,” states Catherine Smola, President & CEO, CSIO. “Now with the eDocs Availability Chart, instead of individually contacting each insurer to ask if they’re offering eDocs, members can see all that information displayed on one interactive webpage.”
