CSIO adds New Forms Analyst to its Toronto team

(Toronto – April 12, 2016) The Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) is pleased to announce the appointment of Monica Hanna to the position of Forms Analyst in the Toronto office.

Monica joins CSIO from Chubb Insurance, where she held the position of Commercial Lines Underwriting Associate since January 2013. At Chubb, she managed a sizeable portfolio that included casualty, technology, entertainment, energy and financial institutional risks. Prior to her role at Chubb, Monica was an Insurance Inspector at First Financial Underwriting.

In her new role, Monica will work closely with CSIO’s broker, vendor and insurer members in creating new industry forms as well as updating and enhancing existing forms, improving the exchange of insurance information in the P&C industry.

Monica holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management and is expected to complete the CIP program later this year.
