CSIO Announces its 2025 Members’ Meeting and Reception, Featuring a Keynote Presentation on Artificial Intelligence

(Toronto – March 18, 2025) CSIO is pleased to announce that our 2025 Members’ Meeting and Reception will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at One King West Hotel in Toronto.
The event will feature a look back at CSIO’s 2024 achievements and a keynote presentation by Mukul Ahuja and Firas Zawadi, who are both Partners at Deloitte.
Keynote Presentation
As leaders in technology innovation, Mukul and Firas have vast experience in spearheading Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementations for insurance organizations. Their presentation will explore the current state of AI in the P&C broker channel, in addition to:
- How insurers can leverage AI to enhance their marketing, sales, customer service and more
- Case studies, future projections, common myths and key considerations for integrating AI to automate workflows
- Q&A session after the presentation
