Staying Connected with Industry Partners

During these challenging times, it’s not only important to be there for our members, but also for fellow industry partners. Sharing tools and tips on how to get through this difficult time makes us stronger as a whole and experience the benefits of digital adoption.

CSIO recently held a webinar featuring a broker panel discussion on Covid-19 and digital tools available for brokers. Panelists from AA Munro and Elevate Insurance were featured in the webinar and shared some great insights on how being digital has helped their brokerage stay connected to their customers. 

One of the tools that has helped these brokerages and their customers during this transition of working from home has been CSIO’s My Proof of Insurance solution. This solution allows customers to receive their insurance documents and auto insurance cards (eSlips) through email, preventing any delays and disruptions while in-person meetings or paper are less favourable.
