(Toronto – July 8, 2026) CSIO is pleased to recognize three new eDocs Certified insurers: Portage Mutual Insurance, Red River Mutual Insurance Company, and Tradition Mutual Insurance Company. These organizations achieved certification by implementing CSIO’s eDocs Standards, helping reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and strengthen connectivity for brokers.

CSIO’s eDocs Standards provide consistent codes and descriptions that allow brokers to identify the contents of a document directly within their Broker Management System. By eliminating the need to open, review, or relabel documents, eDocs help streamline workflows, reduce administrative effort, and free brokers to spend more time serving their customers.

“eDocs Certification recognizes members who are helping drive efficiency, connectivity, and innovation across the insurance industry,” said Kathryn Sinclair, President & CEO of CSIO. “I commend Portage, Red River, and Tradition for their commitment to data standards and for helping create a more connected future for brokers and their customers.”
