L’Unique General Insurance and AIM Insurance Achieve CSIO’s eDocs Certification
|
(Toronto – November 12, 2025) CSIO congratulates L’Unique General Insurance (L’Unique) and AIM Insurance on achieving CSIO’s eDocs Certification, enhancing productivity for brokers.
L’Unique was awarded eDocs Certification by demonstrating that all of their eDocs contain the updated codes and descriptions when sent to brokers. As a result, brokers can identify the nature of each eDoc they receive without needing to open it, helping them service their customers more efficiently.
Additionally, AIM Insurance achieved eDocs Certification for their broker software, Automate Insurance, by implementing all 40 updated eDocs codes and descriptions. This Certification shows Automate Insurance’s ability to process clearly-labelled eDocs, helping brokers manage their operational workflows.
“Our brokers are essential to building trust and providing exceptional, personalized service to insureds. That’s why we’re committed to supporting them with technology that keeps their day-to-day business seamless,” said Guy Lecours, Chief Operating Officer, L’Unique General Insurance. “L’Unique’s eDocs Certification is a significant step towards elevating broker connectivity through industry-recognized Standards.”
“This is an excellent achievement for Automate Insurance's talented team and represents our focus on delivering unparalleled customer service and user experience,” said Dan Avon, President of AIM Insurance. “Earning eDocs Certification signifies our commitment to Data Standards and empowers brokers to foster meaningful customer relationships.”
