IBABC Endorses CSIO’s eDelivery Solution

|

(Toronto – November 27, 2017) CSIO is pleased to announce that the Insurance Brokers Association of British Columbia (IBABC) has endorsed its eDelivery solution to send consumers their personal and commercial policy documents electronically.

“CSIO recently demonstrated their eDelivery solution to us at IBABC, and we recognized the benefit it provides in helping brokers better meet consumers’ digital expectations,” says Chuck Byrne, IBABC Executive Director & COO. “The solution provides brokers with the ability to send high-quality digital policy documents to their consumers, without the complexity or unnecessary steps of consumers having to create usernames, passwords or download dedicated mobile apps. It will be a big win for brokers and consumers alike.”

eDelivery will be made available to CSIO members at no additional cost. The solution is being developed by CSIO in collaboration with brokers and carriers, including RSA Canada, Northbridge Insurance and Gore Mutual.

“We welcome IBABC’s support for this important industry solution,” states Catherine Smola, President & CEO of CSIO. “The eDelivery solution will support brokers in strengthening their value proposition to consumers, improving their ease of doing business within the broker channel.”

Release of the eDelivery solution is expected in early 2018. Visit www.csio.com/edelivery to learn more.
