CSIO Welcomes Steven MacDonald, Vice President, Solution Delivery at SGI CANADA, to its Board of Directors

(Toronto – January 20, 2026) CSIO’s Chair of the Board of Directors, Michael Lin, SVP, Chief Information & Technology Officer at Wawanesa Insurance, is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven MacDonald, Vice President, Solution Delivery at SGI CANADA.

With over two decades of experience in IT, Steven MacDonald has a strong track record of modernizing legacy systems, driving digital transformation and strengthening operational efficiency across complex organizations. He has held several leadership roles, during which he oversaw programs to advance enterprise systems architecture, cloud migration and cybersecurity, as well as talent development and mentorship initiatives. Mr. MacDonald’s accomplishments include directing large-scale business transformations at SGI CANADA and enhancing their core insurance platforms.
