Liz Pia brings over 26 years' experience working with major insurers and legal teams,specializing in fraud investigations, catastrophic injury, rehabilitation case management, other special investigations (SIU) and dispute resolution cases. Liz started her career at State Farm Insurance in 1989 and has held senior leadership positions with CAA Insurance Company and the TD Bank, leading the Bodily Injury, Special Investigation, Accident Benefit and Dispute Resolution teams. As Operations Manager for the TD Bank, Legal Services team, Liz had oversight of Quality & Governance, Special Investigations, auditing both In-house Legal and External Defence Counsel.
With W3 Intelligence Research Group Inc. Liz is extremely focused on building an exceptional brand with her extensive knowledge in Fraud Management, Claims & Risk Management. She has the ability to consult with Insurance Companies, Financial Institutions, Employers, Law Firms, and Policing specifically utilizing Social Media and Open-Source Investigations, that involve all types of insurance cases, transnational organized crime schemes, asset forfeiture and human trafficking.
