Jamie is a seasoned communications leader with 20 years of experience advancing digital initiatives across diverse sectors, including real estate, education, fashion, luxury automotive, and technology. She blends analytical thinking with creative problem-solving and sales enablement to implement effective solutions to key stakeholders, such as Online's Innovation Lab, and the Data, GenAI, and Financial Services teams. 

Recognized for her expertise, Jamie was invited to consult on curriculum development for RRC Polytech’s Centre for Learning & Program Excellence. Her commitment to technology and continuous learning is reflected in certifications from MIT Sloan and MIT CSAIL in Algorithmic Business Thinking, AI Strategy, and Business Process Design, highlighting her ability to bridge technical depth with strategic foresight.

Jeff Adkin

Jeff Adkin is a seasoned technology leader with a career spanning decades, beginning with early AI exploration using Alice in the mid-90s. After nearly a decade at Microsoft, he now serves as the Director of Infrastructure and Automation Research at Online, where he leads innovation at the intersection of AI, automation, and infrastructure. Jeff has worked with many Fortune 500 companies, helping them design scalable, intelligent systems.

Jeff thrives on demystifying complex systems and building automation pipelines that make cutting-edge technologies more accessible. He loves training and working with everything from large language models (LLMs) to low-rank adaptation (LoRa) techniques, ARIMA forecasting, and diffusion models—turning abstract theory into practical, real-world impact.

Richard Strempler

Rick has been working in IT for more than 35 years. He is a Principal Consultant and the Analysis Competency Lead for Online Business Systems. He has worked in a wide range of industries,
including insurance, health, agriculture, government, law, and more. His experience in the insurance industry includes work with Wawanesa, Red River Mutual, and the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada.

He has a wealth of experience in business and systems analysis and loves the variety of interesting projects that he can work on as a consultant and has a passion for business and technical innovation. He has two children, both in university, and enjoys hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities with his family.
