John is an innovative and results-oriented business analyst with a passion for delivering high-quality, easy-to-use solutions. With over 6 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, he is responsible for supporting the advancement of XML and JSON standards at CSIO, which includes managing the development and launch of the refined eDocs Standard.
John currently runs CSIO's National Standards Working Group and the new Ontario Auto Reform Steering Committee. Prior to CSIO, John was a Business Systems Analyst at Aviva Canada. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from the University of Calgary’s Schulich School of Engineering.
