As Vice President, Strategy & Operations, Kathryn is responsible for leading CSIO initiatives designed to drive continuous process improvements in the broker channel. She oversees and coordinates the strategic and operational action plans and projects, working with internal and external stakeholders, including member subject matter experts (SMEs), to achieve organizational goals and drive business strategy success.
Kathryn is a seasoned insurance professional with 20 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, leading and supporting organizations across all facets of operations. Kathryn held progressive leadership positions at aha insurance, Intact Financial Corporation and Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan (OTIP). She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo.
