Firas Zawadi specializes in end-to-end delivery of large-scale insurance transformations. He has over 15 years of experience in Guidewire Program Delivery for P&C and worker comp insurers. His experience has allowed him to be a trailblazer when it comes to being the first to deliver a Guidewire Upgrade to the Cloud for a Canadian insurer. Firas' knowledge has enabled him to become a trusted advisor to many C-suite executives.
Mukul Ahuja is the Financial Services & Insurance industry leader at Omnia AI, Deloitte Canada’s artificial intelligence practice. He advises large financial institutions on a range of strategic issues to help them advance their growth and differentiation agenda. Mukul’s most meaningful work has been at the intersection of customer, digital, and analytics, with a primary focus on insurance.
