Kathryn Sinclair is President & CEO of the Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO), where she leads the organization’s efforts to advance data standards and digital connectivity across Canada’s P&C insurance industry.

Since joining CSIO in 2020 as Vice President of Strategy & Operations, she has worked closely with brokers, insurers, and technology partners to modernize industry infrastructure and improve how the industry connects and exchanges data.
Under her leadership, CSIO has advanced API standardization, enhanced eDocs, and strengthened industry standards to streamline workflows across the industry.
