CSIO Adds Vice President, Strategy & Operations to its Team

(Toronto – March 5, 2020) CSIO is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathryn Sinclair to the position of Vice President, Strategy & Operations.
Kathryn joins CSIO from aha insurance where she led the development and launch of the first online property and automobile brokerage in the Canadian marketplace, first as Vice President, Operations and then as Chief Operating Officer. She is a seasoned insurance professional with over 18 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, leading and supporting organizations across all facets of operations. Prior to aha insurance, Kathryn held progressive leadership positions at Intact Financial Corporation and Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan (OTIP). She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo.
As Vice President, Strategy & Operations, Kathryn will be responsible for leading CSIO initiatives designed to drive continuous process improvements in the broker channel. She will oversee and coordinate strategic and operational action plans and projects, working with internal and external stakeholders, including member subject matter experts (SMEs), to achieve organizational goals and drive business strategy success.
