Applied Systems to Acquire CSIO Member Indio Technologies

Applied Systems announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Indio Technologies, a software company that digitizes the insurance application and renewal process.
CSIO membership helped new entrant Indio Technologies get depth of knowledge, expertise and relationships with carriers on the commercial lines side.
Indio, a CSIO vendor member since June 2019, is committed to improving the insurance application process for brokers and their clients, specifically in regards to streamlining the collection of application data.
The CSIO partnership was a meaningful one with us and really spearheaded our going into Canada.
